Our Story

We are a small family of owner operators who come from a restaurant background. We started and ran the Country House in Stony Brook, New York for over 27 years. We had a restaurant in SoCal on Ventura Blvd, and now we are running North Tavern, established in 2017. On any given night, you’ll find Brian and his wife Denise, or Carol to provide you with a great dining experience. Carol’s husband, executive chef Drew, along with Justin will be cooking up our fabulous signature dishes.

We are open Tuesday-Sunday at 4pm and host private parties on Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Call us for reservations and details.
